Restorative Practice with Cheryl: Sunday Evening 6:00 – 7:30pm

What better way to start your week with a good dose of self care & Love in the restorative practice. The essence of this practice is designed to balance the spectrums of the nervous systems (parasympathetic & sympathetic).

Subtle healing, restorative releases layers in which we hold tension physically, emotionally, mentally & spiritually. By surrending and letting go in the postures we enter into a receptive state to regulate the central nervous system to find neutral and to balance our active lives in the west. Mindful Breathing restores the natural breath which allows our systems to be Resilient, Regulated and Relaxed.

Life is but a balance between rest & movement.
